Reposting my interests (yes, I'm still here, after all these years): John and James BENSON, from Keadue village area, either Kilronan or Ardcarn Parishes, Co. Roscommon, came to Canada in the 1850's. James (my great-grandfather) stayed in Ontario, Canada; John ended up in Chicago, IL, USA. I have great deal of info about descendants of these two men, but I'm still trying to connect them with BENSON, BENISON, BENNISON, etc. from the Keadue, Ballyfarnon, and Boyle areas.
