ROPER with DOB 14 Sep 1878, date of death 15 Jun 1966, SSN of 276-48-7587, and last residence Zip Code of 43402 (Bowling Green, Wood, OH). Please note the the indicated date of death given by the SSDI -- 15 Jun 1966 -- is clearly INCONSISTENT with the date of the obituary given in the Wood County District Public Library Index, which shows a date of the obituary as 10 Jun 1966. One of these is clearly incorrect. Bear this in mind when persuing the underlying records. If someone obtains these records, I would appreciate it if he or she could post a clarification as to the correct date of death.
