From:James Luscombe <[email protected]> John Calvin Roper was my g-grandfather. He was brother to Tyre Lewis Roper, both being sons of Aaron, Sr. and Rachel Meredith Roper. Tyre purchased John's inheritance from Aaron by document dated Jan 27, 1857. Does anyone know anything about S. D. Keith and Samuel Roper, witnesses on this document?
