The Charles H(erman) mentioned in your posting was my wife's grandfather. He passed away in Tulsa, Tulsa, OK on 5 Sep 1994. When I was working on their genealogies, I asked him his grandparents' names. He told me that his grandfather was G. W. Roper and his grandmother was Josephine Wolfe. He did not have any dates or places for them. Unfortunately, I've come up to a roadblock on that branch.
