Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/kgDBAEB/798 Message Board Post: On one person's records, they have Dutoy Roper's son as Joseph Allen Roper, and I believe on the same record, that he was married to Amanda Bugg in 1858, they had a son, Henry Clay Roper born abt. 1858-1861,[ these dates are on different records] Amanda later married Christpher Columbus Johnson abt 1867, so what happen to Joseph Allen Roper, first husband, did they divorce, did he die in the civil war, or some other way and why would she name another child by C.C Johnson, Joseph Allen Johnson with the same first and middle name as her first husband. Joseph Allen Johnson was born abt. 1872.
