This record essentially CONFIRMS that Verner is the child of Frank and Nettie/Nellie/Nillie. Verner has a younger brother named Jesse. Again, I would assert that this is SUGGESTIVE that Frank ROPER comes from the line of Charles ROPER and Anne GOODWYN.
