BRADLEY, Jr. (Lawrenceville, VA: Stephen E. Bradley, Jr., 1998). At the North Carolina State Library, this book was shown to have Library of Congress call number "GR 929.3 V8br B811bd v.5". This Volume abstracts Brunswick Deed Books 10 and 11. Within this Volume we learn that Richard ROPER, has resettled in Northampton, NC, and that he sells his Brunswick land. Charles ROPER also sells the parcel he previously purchased and where David ROPER lives to Robert READ: "Richard ROPER of Northampton Co NC to Lewis JACKSON of Brunswick Co 22 Oct 1770. 30 VA. 140 acres on the north side of Rocky Run, joining John HUNT, sd Richard ROPER, Adam Sims, the mouth of Tarrkiln Branch. Wit: John HUNT, Burrel LUCY, Thomas JACKSON. Proved Oct. 1770. N. EDWARDS Jr. CC."
