(I've had a similar thing with my ISP and e-mail blocking of rootsweb mails, which they consider spam - so I sympathize! You should see the spam I get now!) I'd suggest you ask your ISP for a static IP address through which they allow port 80 to communicate. You can set your computer/router to that static address and things should work as they used to.
