Hi Judy, the site owner has copied the Ipswitch page, and uploaded it as index.html. Karen needs to delete that page from her account so that her actual home page, index.htm, will be displayed by default. The copying and republishing of that page is also copyright infringement, so it should be removed as quickly as possible. Pat A.
