    3. I also just use tables, with or without borders, for organization. Use a simple Alphabet letter listing, or thumbnails, on an index page for navigation. Make pages (or at least the Index) open in a New Window rather than Parent, so users can keep the index open while viewing pictures. I always get this name wrong, but Google the word InfraView, or InfraView+graphics program. It's a free, simple graphics program for resizing and thumbnails.
