The connection service is a premium service from Ancestry, which requires basic membership with a minimal subscription fee." I have never chosen to remain anonymous and have no idea why this is suddenly happening. Does anyone have a clue on how I correct this? I've had a subscription to Ancestry for years but have no memory of ever seeing this so-called "connection service." Thanks! Nel Hatcher
