    3. Joan, I do apologize for not being clearer. I was looking at it from the article angle, not data. (as a published author I know that). And of course you can not publish "copyrighted" material without permission. I don't believe any material I see on the web until I verify the sources. ¾ of what I find is non-documentiable.
