Hi, We have been through this many times before. RW servers all allow files (and folders or directories) with spaces in their names to be uploaded. (numerous examples available on request) Users, including the person doing the upload, may subsequently have difficulties *referring* to those files and thus be led to believe that they did not get uploaded (but they did!). Spaces and other /special characters/ in filenames must be coded in the referring URLs by what is known as *percent* encoding, e.g where a space is represented as %20 (20 being the ASCII code for a space). This applies to all referring URLs, including links (A tags) from other pages. -R. Judy Florian wrote: > On 8/22/07, W. David Samuelsen <[email protected]> wrote: > >> it's not sometimes.
