Make sure it's a file type that RW allows, and sometimes, it also does not like spaces in the file name. Use lowercase and dash or hyphen between the words. Also, lately it can be hit/miss for uploading-- you might try a couple different times of day. it's not sometimes. It does not allow the space in file names at all.
