Hi, I've just received a new web page and all the necessary info for setting up the account. I have gone several times to WSFTP and filled in the data for a 'new' site. Everything works well as long as I stay in ftp. The remote directory comes up and I can transfer items. However, when I come out and go back to the page and make any changes and try to log on to the page again in FTP I cannot find the profile name.. I think it may be because the new page was once, a link in another page? I can make all the changes I want, in the old page and upload them in the old page and they show up in the new one. But, I can find no profile name for the new one to make the changes... (I'm terrible at trying to explain things so hope you understand) It has been so long since I set up a new page, I had forgotten so much and am afraid I'm leaving something out.. Anyway, I hope the several different times I've tried setting up a new page, did not 'take' somewhere in the cyberspace of rootsweb and wind up with a dozen duplicate profiles...
