Judy, The HelpDesk has an announcement about problems with FTP at http://helpdesk.rootsweb.com So they have already acknowledged there is/was a problem. However, I checked both yesterday and just now, and had no problems connecting. Even if there was still a problem, mailbombing the HelpDesk is not going to get a technical problem fixed any faster.
