There's an eight-hour delay in there, between different Rootsweb servers - if I'm interpreting correctly. Perhaps email is suffering the same fate as snail mail at this time of year - bogged down by festive mail/transactions/etc? Or dealing with an increase in spam or something else that has slowed it down temporarily?
