Alternatively, there is a helpdesk at RootsWeb for problems. On this list you are only contacting fellow RootsWeb users. Go to http://rootsweb.custhelp.com , and the "Ask a Question" tab, and take it from there. It may be the technical folk behind the scenes can look into this more for you. Wendy
