I just logged in to the FTP site and was able to see my remote directory. I use FireFTP myself. So possibly it was just down at the time you created your log back on the 7th. You've no doubt tried this several times but ... get your password again from Password Central and copy/paste it into your FTP program. If that still fails ask the Help Desk for a new password. The 530 error means either your username or password are incorrect. Remember your password is case sensitive, and don't include any whitespace if you copy and paste. The other possibility is that the security settings on your new computer are preventing the transfer of your login info to the server.
