Genealogical/Historical societies are allowed to sell memberships and publications, but the above statement sounds like you have a "Family Association", which would be on Freepages. Selling anything on Freepages is not allowed. OTOH, if your society was approved as a lineage society and is located on the WWW server, then the agreement for Gen Societies applies. Pat Asher
