To all that have replied thank you! I have learned that she is using Netscape Communicator version 4.7 on a 3 year old computer. I knew she wasn't using or accessing webtv, as it is NOT in her email address. But I do appreciate receiving that link. I had her check all that was suggested, and she still has a problem. Any other ideas? Perhaps I should totally revamp my site. A lot of work, but if one person can't access the site, then at least 9 others can't either and just hasn't spoken up.
