    3. If your html code no longer mentions the old graphics, they aren't being loaded and consequently won't cause slowness. I suggest two options: 1) If you're on an IBM-PC compatible computer, you can download NetMedic at www.vitalsigns.com - if you install this freebie from this site, it gives you some idea why things are slow (your computer, the net, or the server you're connecting to) 2) You can run your site through an html validator. There are many sorts of those. The ones that I tend to use are on these web sites: www.websitegarage.com www.netmechanic.com http://validator.w3.org/ http://watson.addy.com/ Some of them will tell them when your pictures are too big (well, according to their standards...)
