    3. Old graphics in the folder don't have any relationship with load time as long as your page no longer references them. Space always costs money, though, so if you're not using the images anymore it would be polite to others who share the expense of the Rootsweb servers to delete them from the server. Your html code can cause pages to load slowly if it isn't optimized, but if you notice a difference at different times of day, it's likely traffic or modem connections causing the slowness.
