Charles: You didn't tell us where the SCRIPT is actually executing. This is found wherever you have the <.form action=" "> tag pointing. I don't believe that FormMail is installed on the RootsWeb servers, so RootsWeb isn't involved as far as I can tell. How about giving us some more information so we can help you debug this problem?
