Listers--I have questions about setting parameters for subscribers to my list (Saint-Domingue). I realize that researchers can go the archives and read the messages that have been posted. And they can get someone's email and just write a message directly to them. I would like to know what steps I can take in my 'tools' page to make sure that only subscribers post to the list, at least. And--can I restrict who sees the archives? (kinda doubt this but thought I would throw it out...) In my tools pages, I have 'checked' the 'allow users to subscribe automatically' box. And I get notification when someone subscribes and unsubscribes. THAT is all that I understand how to do. On the Edits page--should I be doing something with a reject list or accept list? If so, can someone walk me through it? I appreciate your help! Maggee Smith
