I've tried to put the counter on my family genealogy web page with poor results. It ends up like this: "You are our [an error occurred while processing this directive] visitor -- thanks for stopping by!" (I did a cut and paste so there was no error there.) My family page is located at: http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~patbauer/ However, I've been able to put the same one on two other sites that I am webmaster for and they work fine. These are at: http://www.rootsweb.com/~waccgs/ and http://www.rosietheriveter.net. Is there a difference somehow between the Freepages and those which are the non-profit ones with no advertising?
