There are some internet wide problems today. At least one of Rootsweb's servers is affected. There are phone line problems for many ISP's, too. Some pages might be hosted on a different server such as a guestbook. You can have your site monitored by services such as the one at internetseer.com; they will let you know when it's back up via email.
