First of all, thanks to all of you who are on this help list. Your correspondence has helped me learn so much about html. Now to my question: I've created a simple website at www.freepages.genealogy.com/~desmarais and want to link with the RootsWeb home page. I'm doing this via File Manager. I don't know how to create the link without a part of my freepages site address becoming attached to the RootsWeb address. I don't actually enter parts of my own address. Perhaps there is a default that does this? Also, I recall reading not too long ago about a site that checks the code for errors. I don't seem to have it bookmarked. Does someone still have that URL?
