Hi Diane, Sure -- this is the easiest way to recover your files (though you shouldn't rely on RW to have the most current backup of your files!). You will need to connect to your RW account and then select the files on the server side and download them back to your computer. I would suggest that you setup a folder to receive your files and images into first -- then connect and download them. Once they are on your computer you can edit them and send them back up if needed. You can also grab copies of your files right through your browser if it would be easier (though personally FTP is much faster). Just go to your website url and choose save as from the file menu. In Internet Explorer 5.0 or better you can save the entire page including graphics. In older versions and with Netscape you will save only the html file. You will then need to move your mouse over the images on the page and right click and choose save as image so that the pictures and backgrounds are saved as well. Hope this helps solve your problem! -- Best wishes, Carol Hepburn chepburn@qwest.net Phoenix, AZ USA
