A friend hired someone to do some courthouse research for him about 15 years ago. Later, my friend who hired the researcher, sent me a copy of the research that was done, consisting of extracts of early (pre1850) deeds and other documents, and has given me permission to post these extracts on my webpages. Since it was never published, and I have permission from the person who paid for the research, is there a problem in posting this?
