I uploaded my homepage in Homepages File Manager instead of FTP. I do not see a subdirectory "public_html". When I go to Homepages File Manager, my files come up without user ID or password. The website has not been indexed and is not being found by search engines. Should I upload via FTP instead of File Manager. I'm wondering if anybody that goes to Homepages File Manager is getting my website files. Help.
