I really don't know who to ask to protect my boards from adoption until my access to them is restored. I know many have gone in, put in their username and password and reclaimed their boards.....no problem, but I have tried the same think on several of my boards and had no success. When I put in my username donkelly (which I have used for six years) the message says username already taken.....of course it is because it is mine, but somehow my password don't work and I can't enter a new password because username donkelly is taken. How to I breach that catch-22? How can my boards be protected until the system is fixed? Everyone associate with the coding have no time to see why my username won't work Thanks all.
