Reported by request of Nancy Trice. The Gen Connect username and password isn't accepted by the new AC system. Nancy says perhaps I am listed by AC under another name or password. The normal way is to go to password central and request a list of passwords I have used. I have tried that now for the fourth time (since Friday), and password central does not respond. Last note, my email address donkelly@grovenet.net has not changed since 1996, so I doubt that mailing address has anything to do with none of the above working. I'll try anything that anyone suggests, but I think before I start running passwords through the AC log in system, I must first know what they are, or were. All suggestion gratefully accepted.
