    3. Mostly it is just that MSN, like AOL, just are not very user friendly. Since they have gone to "web based" e-mail, the whole e-mail system has had problems. AOL and MSN for some reason think that having absolute control over everyone's every move on their site is desirable. I for one disagree with them. Hopefully the other ISP's will be able to stay in business long enough for the majority of the public to get wise to AOL and MSN and their shortcomings. As far as what we can do as webmasters, I don't think there is very much we can do. When I get bounce notices, especially like the ones you describe, I promptly delete the e-mail address from the query, etc. That isn't a very good solution, but I tell those that come back and complain about it that they should take it up with their ISP (AOL or MSN, or whoever) - and maybe think seriously of changing ISP's. This has been an ongoing problem for a month now and MSN has yet to reply to any of my messages. I just sent the 4th one to them? Is MSN having conflict (server) issues with Rootsweb? Are there settings that anyone is aware of that can prevent this from continuing? Thank you, Addie ______________________________
