Andrew, This time your suggestions haven't worked. Every possible username I want to use (and I don't want to use any of those suggested) is returned as already in use - pick another. I've found NO Forgot your password screen on the Board Admin pages. Again I've spent 5 minutes trying everything possible with just the same runaround. I am not computer illiterate. I can read instructions. What I am saying is that these username/password screens are not my problem. If this system CAN'T recognize that I am the person who OWNS a particular username, same email, same name, then there is a problem from their end, not mine. If I enter a username and password, it tells me this username is already in use, or the password is incorrect. At this point, if the password is incorrect, I would think this would be the time for the Forgot your password option to pop up. It doesn't. All roads lead to setting up a completely new username and password, which is what I've complained about in my previous post. I end up with yet ANOTHER username attached to me and a guarantee of more problems down the road. Nel
