I suggest going to the Ancestry.com main page, and clicking on the My Accounts link on the far right top of the page. Ask for all the accounts linked to your email address. They will send you a list, and a link where you can create a new password -- they won't send the old one, just allow you to make a new one. Hope this helps, Valorie
