    3. Hello, As an MSN user, trust me, this is an MSN problem not a matter of msn users not knowing how to use e-mail correctly. I've set up an alternate address at yahoo.com so that I can receive e-mail without problems. And, expect no assistance or response from MSN. Those of us who PAY for MSN service can't even get the courtesy of a reply. Needless to say, I will soon be an ex-MSN customer but I've tried hard to resolve the issue because I hate to give up an e-mail address I've used for 3 years. So, please have patience if you administer a rootsweb mailing list and are having problems with MSN subscribers. It's highly probable that they are just as frustrated as you are.
