I have been like Nell, running in circles since 6 am EST. My address to click on was on one line but every time I tried submitting my user name and password, I was told there was an error in one or both of them. BUT 5 minutes ago the stupid thing knew me and I got in. It went thru!! BUT... The kicker to this whole thing now is .....that my REQUEST for my board has been submitted to the web master and I would have a reply back by email. After what we all have been thru today, I for one, am not holding my breath waiting for a speedy reply!!! All of this should have been set up in advance so that we did not have to go thru all this frustration. If we, as board Adm.'s, had to log in, the login box should have recognized us, just as we did before on our GenWeb boards and we would have been on our merry way. Now we have to wait for a reply!!! Jane! Lucky You!! At least you've made progress.... I am still stuck in this Username already exists mode, have tried all suggestions offered by everyone, and NOTHING works! After patiently going back to the Admins board, trying everything again, and then flipping back to record exact results step by step, I went back to try one remaining option, got a "page can't be displayed" msg, so hit my Back button and suddenly got the following screen: Messsage Board Administration No message boards have been associated with your email addresss: nelhatch@rapidnet.com Please contact Support for assistance. AAARRRGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!! So I sent my msg to "Support" and it wasn't pretty. This usually very laid back lady has just about lost it. I am NOT to be messed with today :-( It will probably take 3 days to get an answer from Support. Am I negative or what?? Make my day!! I dare you! Nel
