David, Patience! Please! Continually berating doesn't get it done quicker, it actually gets people distracted from fixing things by providing user support one on one, ie. spending time pacifying rather than fixing. The login issues didn't just affect you, they also affected staff and I can tell you that my need to login was greater than yours.
