Once there you can set up that Admin Info page--that is your page to create. Joan
I've now gotten into the Board Admin signup page - thank you, Andrew! The problem still exists - username. It keeps telling me my username already exists. Of COURSE it does! One of my biggest problems with myfamily/ancestry.com is that when I try to access one of their pages, it takes me 10 mins trying to find the correct username/password. And by the time I stumble onto the right combination, I no longer know how I did it. I don't understand WHY, when I supply everything but my SS#, that the system can't recognize that the person entering all this info IS the person who owns that "existing" username and allow me to continue. It is attempting to force me to select another username which is the core of the problem. Too many usernames scattered all over these sites. Perhaps it boils down to what the definition of IS is :-) Nel
Two options that I see. 1) You can request a new username. You don't have to pair it with your current login. You can have two accounts for the same email address. 2) If you do want to pair it, then go through the process of getting the password reissued (via Forgot your password? Click Here.), and then you can tie it all together. This only works if the same email address obviously.
