Since you can't access the website, you might forward the traceroute to helpdesk-post@rootsweb.com. Have you tried the Helpdesk by itself? you're not alone. Something happened to the backbone connecting to Rootsweb/Ancestry I'm in Salt Lake City and the tracert showed something wrong at the connection between backone 64.0.0.24 and Rootsweb/Ancestry.com And I noticed several subscribers are reporting they couldn't post at all to one of my mailing lists.
