Recently, I've been doing some updating on Hampshire County, and I find that each time I FTP or "Save As" the page, I get not the text I uploaded, with line breaks and all, but a single continuous hideously long line that contains the entire text of the page (OK, sometimes, it breaks into two or three lines, generally all equally long). Makes it REALLY difficult to add anything or fix something! Anyway, I sit here using cursor-right/enter/cursor-right/enter until I get lines that at least fit on the screen, then I have to go through and put the /P/ at the end of the line and the /br/ where they belong instead of in the middle of the line and the /h1/ or /h2/ near what they define ... VERY time-consuming! I was on the old 386 -- where I've made no changes to config in YEARS! (g) [My mood wasn't improved by the fact that after I'd reformatted one page and tried to replace the data with new data, none of the computers would read the new file!] Any ideas what's happened?
