I now also have 12 people on my list experiencing anywhere from irritating to very serious problems, including one who sent me the TraceRoute (which I don't know how to read :-( This has been described as "not an RW problem", but I think they must take it seriously if it affects user ability to access sites and site admins from uploading additions/changes.
