HI, Something really strange in going on with my zip drive. I have been using it to compile a new publication that requires me to combine different variables from different files into a master file. I start with one file that has a number of variables I want, rename the file, then delete the variables I don't want and add others I do want. All was going well, when all of the sudden it refused to allow me to rename a file. I got a message, "access denied, you do not have the right to do this." I had been doing it for several days with no such message. Then I started trying to use Norton to see if I could find the problem. Norton Utilities refused to access drive B and gave me the message, "unable to access drive B. The drive is locked by a disk utility. Scan again later when disk is not longer locked." Do you have any clue what this means and how to fix it?
