Internally, all unix servers run on GMT. Randy just reset the FTP server on FreePages so that it would report the timestamp in MST (GMT -7). It had been reporting GMT and was the only FTP/web server which was doing it that way, so he set it to be the same as the other servers. If it was another server, I can't come up with a better explanation. If it happens again, it would be interesting to try and look at things as close to the time it happens as we can.
