    3. I tried to open our Bixby Historical Society web page this morning and got 'page not found.' I then went to my WS_FTP Pro and connected. There was no information at our site, just an empty public.html file! I disconnected and tried again. This time the message showed 'connection refused.' A third time showed a message, 'blocking operation in progress.' The page worked fine, yesterday and I haven't done anything differently from the past.
