In any case, I'd tell her that since her address is properly subscribed to the list and you aren't getting bounces (assuming you aren't) that this means that RootsWeb is sending out the list mail to her properly. Tell her that it is up to her to contact Yahoo to get the matter straightened out and that the problem isn't on RootsWeb's end. Joan
