    3. I would NOT use Word files at all. You have to remember that there are many visitors who do NOT accept MSWord, including me. It will come up very bad scrambled. It is best to have them in .txt format that can be viewed by many. And as for Acrobat Reader - please do it properly. I know of one site that claims but really skewed the configuration. That site's coordinator is known to me and she had been informed of the fact. There is one site you can visit to find out how the Acrobat Reader was done properly.
