Has anyone used Dreamweaver to upload webpages to Rootsweb? I'm having all kinds of frustrations (which I am NOT used to, having used Dreamweaver successfully for school web pages). Here are my questions: 1) do you put your files on your desktop in a public_html folder (like I'm accustomed to do)? 2) what do you put down in the Remote Info for Host Directory (public_html, like other?)? 3) in the Local Info, do you put the whole http URL for your own rootsweb genealogy site ( which for mine is <http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~janeha>), or just http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com ? By the way, I also tried uploading from Netscape Composer (which has been another story in frustration) and now I can't get the %?@* page off my desktop, no matter what tricks I try. Suggestions? OK, I'll try rebooting. That worked, but it seems a bit extreme! Sigh. Gee, isn't this fun. Jane
