You say that someone was booted off a "RootsWeb sponsored project" but you didn't identify the project. If the project is one of the volunteer projects that RootsWeb *hosts* then the decision wouldn't lie with RootsWeb, but rather with those who run the project in question. You should direct your question to them and not to RootsWeb.
